The four programs
- Hyro Core, from $9: one phase with a 10% target, 3% daily and 5% total loss limits, at least 4 trading days. The split stays at 80%, and the fee isn't refunded.
- One-Step, from $69: one phase with a 10% target, 4% daily and 8% total loss limits, at least 3 trading days. The fee is a refundable deposit.
- Two-Step, from $59: a 10% target, then a 5% target, with 5% daily and 10% total loss limits, at least 4 trading days in each phase. The fee is a refundable deposit.
- Hyro Instant, from $169: no evaluation. You start on a funded account with 3% daily and 5% total loss limits and a 2% maximum loss per trade. The fee isn't refunded.
Who it suits
- Traders who already use Bybit and want to keep their usual interface.
- Traders who want to try a prop challenge cheaply: Hyro Core starts at $9.
- Traders who want a wide limit: Two-Step allows 10% overall.
If you want forex or stocks, or MetaTrader, HyroTrader isn't the right fit: it is crypto only.
Payouts
You can request a payout once your share of the profit is at least $25. Payouts come in USDT or USDC, usually within 24 hours, with no fees. On Hyro Instant, the first payout also needs 3 qualifying trading days.
The split starts at 80%. On One-Step, Two-Step and Hyro Instant, HyroTrader says it can raise the split to 90% for traders who do well over time.
What to watch out for
- Loss limits are counted per day and for the whole account, so one bad day can end a challenge even if the account is up overall.
- Small altcoins have a position limit: the site lists coins with a market cap under $100 million at less than 5% of the starting balance, leverage included.
- All accounts are simulated, including funded ones, and payouts are a contractual share of simulated profit.
- The Tealstreet and Tiger.com terminals aren't available in the US or in countries where Bybit is restricted.
Risk warning: crypto trading and prop firm challenges are risky. Many traders fail a challenge and lose the fee. Only pay what you can afford to lose. Nothing here is financial advice.
